Packaged school lunches often mean excess waste. However, much of this garbage can be put to good use. How? Composting! Kids at Sunny Hollow Elementary School are learning what they can and can’t compost in this innovative school lunch program. By learning the benefits of composting young, these tots are likely to become adult composters.
